Most of the Nanking card is Chinese, Thai and Sze-Chuan. One section is not. Nanking Special Kalai Ruti sits on the same menu as the chow-mein and the sizzling dishes, and it is the section regulars send visitors to.
What is on it

How to order it
The ruti with mix masalla at ৳100 is the entry point and the one to try first. If you are making a meal of it rather than a snack, the Special Achari Beef is what to put next to it. The lotpoti and the liver at ৳70 and ৳80 are the cheapest things on the whole card and go quickly in the evening.
This section is on the same printed card as everything else, so you can order it at lunch (12:00 noon–3:00 pm) or dinner (6:00 pm–10:00 pm), any day of the week.
Why it is on the menu at all
Because the group has been in Rajshahi since 1981, and a restaurant that has fed the same town for that long ends up serving what the town actually eats — not only what its name suggests. That is also why the card carries a South Indian section with Mashla Dosa (৳240) and Chole – Bature (৳140), and a kabab and nan section with Beef Sheek Kabab (৳160) and Butter Nan (৳70).
